close ups of feathered friends

Hi all and Happy Tuesday here are some closeups of our feathered friends that we keep or that keep us. This is a very pretty Quail called the BlackBreasted Quail she has a lot of black on her head and chest to say she's a she. this lot is some stubble quail plus the blackbreasted they are both Australian native quail species. My favorite quail is next the californian quail they are funny they roost like chickens Pineapple green cheek conure parents daddy and mummy to Bubbaguts these next two are of Ash's lovebirds Peachies and Fischers I believe his favorite is the Lutino the yello with orange head. enjoy

Oh I just love this - seeing all your birdies. They are all so so pretty. I also love that one love bird that is all yellow with the orange head.

What a lovely feathered family you have! Those lovebirds are just gorgeous. Here at my sister's, the neighbor raises what I think are gambel quail. You can hear them often times call out in a meow-like fashion. There must be many many of them and they are loud!!
