Before we do the caption me - I've been meaning to post this. Before August is completely behind us - here it is:
Did you know ... that the phrase "the dog days of summer" refers to the placement of Sirius, the largest star in the Canis Major ("big dog") constellation, in the night sky?
For most of July and August, Sirius rises and sets in coordination with the sun, and the ancient Romans believed that the brightness of Sirius - added to that of the sun - was responsible for the warmer weather.
We now know that the earth's tilt is responsible for the change in seasons, but the old expression has persisted nonetheless.
Here is a caption me photo - What is the little dog telling the big dog?....

Help me my fur doesn't seem to fit me!!
I'm begging you. Find me some anti-wrinkle creme.
The kids all laughed at me saying my fur was too baggy.
Mommy, when will I grow into my dog suit?
